Info about our new prices
Since last year, we have also been affected by significant cost increases. We have tried for a long time to cushion these and avoid price increases. Nevertheless, we now have to adjust the prices of some drinks in our cafés.
We are keeping the price increases as low as possible. Specifically, this means that prices for hot drinks will increase by between 0.30€ and 0.60€ from 1st April 2024 on.
We understand that you may have questions and would like to share our challenges with you transparently.
- Material costs: The cost of green coffee has risen considerably. This is partly due to farmers‘ production costs, which are driven up by poor weather conditions and therefore crop failures.
- Energy costs: Rising energy costs and inflation continue to lead to increased costs along the entire value chain.
- Quality and sustainability: We are tirelessly committed to high-quality, sustainable coffee and to maintaining our long-standing partnerships. This requires investment in the relationship with partners and producers to send the signal that they can rely on us even in difficult times.
We remain true to our convictions and our partners in the countries of origin. That is why it is not an option for us to use lower quality products.
