For one-off orders

  1. Go to the login page.
  2. Enter your email address which is associated with the B2B account.
  3. Follow the password process (6-digit code).
  4. You will be redirected to a location selection for which you can order (optional) or you will be redirected to the homepage.

→ After selecting the location, you will be redirected to the homepage of the B2B partner shop. From there, you can select the products using the navigation or the search function and proceed to checkout.

For subscription orders:

  1. Go to the login page.
  2. Enter your login details which are associated with the B2B account (your email address + password).
  3. You will be redirected to the customer account.
  4. Click on „Back to shop“ or on the Coffee Circle logo.

→ Select your coffee in the categories and select the „Order by subscription“ tab on the coffee page to see the correct prices. Once you have added the subscription products with the desired intervals to your shopping basket, you can proceed to the checkout.

Why is this registration different from the first registration?

This login is for access to a restricted area. The access is only possible for B2B customers who wish to order certain products.

What is a location?

In this case, a location is the place to which the product is shipped. You can have different conditions for each location depending on the country of dispatch.

Why can't I select a location?

This means that you can only order to one location. If you would like to have our products delivered to another location, please contact our B2B team. We will make sure that your account settings are correct and that you can order for different locations.

What payment methods do I have?

Based on the agreed conditions, we offer payment by credit card, PayPal or prepayment (invoice).

How are the shipping costs calculated?

Depending on your profile and the country of delivery, we will adjust the shipping costs.

I have placed my order for inspection, what happens next?

Our B2B team will review your application and contact you for the next steps.

Where can I find my invoice?

We send the invoices as a download link in our dispatch confirmation. Simply open the e-mail and download the invoice.

FAQs for subscription orders

I can only order a 1kg pack in the subscription, right?

Yes, that is correct. This is part of the B2B offer, where only 1kg packs can be ordered by subscription.

What payment options are available for the subscription?

You can pay for your subscription by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

How can I manage my subscription?

You can easily manage your subscription via your account. You can pause, cancel, change or trigger your next delivery.

Where can I find my invoice?
