Our Coffee Subscription

As a private customer, you no longer pay shipping costs for your subscription orders.
You set up your coffee subscription once. After the 1st delivery, you can change, pause or cancel it independently in your customer account if required.

Our coffees consist exclusively of beans that are grown in a traditional way in forest gardens. They are all 100% organic and are gently roasted in a drum roaster.

For every kilogram of coffee sold, 1 € goes to social projects in the areas of education, health and coffee cultivation, which we implement together with the coffee farmers on site. As we attach great importance to transparency, we document the projects and their progress in detail on our website.

And of course you enjoy the luxury of having your favourite coffee delivered regularly and conveniently to your home!

You can easily configure your coffee subscription here. You can make changes to your subscription in your user account at any time afterwards. Important: Delivery of coffee subscriptions is currently only possible to Germany and Austria.

Yes, as a subscription customer you need a customer account. This is very easy and we only need the most important data like your name and address.

In your customer account you can manage your subscription independently. That means you can change, pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

Yes, of course. You can subscribe to as much coffee as you want.

With the subscription configurator you can create a subscription that contains several coffees. You can also add more coffees to your existing subscription or remove them again. You can make such changes yourself at any time in your customer account.

If you are a café owner or entrepreneur and would like to order larger quantities of coffee on a regular basis, you can also contact us personally. We will gladly make you an individual offer.

Payment of the coffee subscription is possible by direct debit, PayPal or credit card.

When setting up your subscription, you specify which payment method you would like to use. You pay for the first delivery directly with your order. By placing your order, you agree that we may charge you the corresponding amount after each subsequent subscription delivery. Payment is then automatic and you don’t have to worry about anything. The invoice is always included in your parcel.

As soon as you cancel or pause your subscription, the debit will of course be stopped. You only pay for the coffee that you receive!

By the way: Your payment details are encrypted and are safely stored with us. The payment itself is handled by our payment service provider, Adyen.

Yeah, partly. If available, you can redeem a voucher code with your subscription order. Please note that the respective discount is only valid for the first subscription delivery. For all further subscription orders you will pay the normal price of the coffee you have subscribed to. In return, we pay the shipping costs for you – this way you save 2.95 € for each subscription delivery. We think this is a fair deal. Or what do you think?

The subscription is free of shipping costs for all subscription customers. Important: Delivery of coffee subscriptions is currently only possible to Germany and Austria.

You can easily and independently adjust your coffee subscription in your customer account at any time after the 1st delivery.

You can change not only the type or quantity of coffee you want, but also the delivery interval and the delivery address. Of course you can also contact us directly if you have any questions or problems.

In your customer account you can pause your coffee subscription as well as individual coffees in your coffee subscription at any time.

For example, if you are on holiday for a while or do not currently need coffee, you can easily interrupt your subscription. You are not obliged to restart your coffee subscription. However, if you feel like having fresh coffee, you can reactivate your subscription with just one click.

With us there is NO minimum subscription period!

You can cancel your subscription at any time in your customer account. We want you to enjoy your coffee subscription and therefore offer you full control over your subscription at all times. Feel free to contact us if you have any further questions!

The minimum order value of the subscription is 24 €. If you would like to order smaller quantities of coffee, simply have less frequent deliveries sent to you with higher coffee amounts.

We ask for your understanding – this is the only way we can offer you free delivery of your subscription.

You can cancel your coffee subscription at any time!

You can manage your subscription independently in your customer account. Here you have the possibility to cancel your subscription very easily – without having to inform us in writing. For logistical reasons, the cancellation must be made at the latest the day before the next shipping date.

If you wish, you can also pause the subscription in your customer account. In contrast to a cancellation, the subscription you have set up is not completely deleted when you pause, but can be restarted with one click if necessary.
