This makes backwashing easy

If your machine can backwash, proceed as follows:

1. Insert the blind filter and add approx. 3 g of Cafiza powder.
2. Flush 5 times for 10 seconds each until foam forms.
3. Empty the blind filter and rinse thoroughly with water.
4. Rinse again 5 times with clean water to remove all residue.
5. Make an espresso and pour it away – that's it!

Wellness for your portafilter

Does your portafilter need some extra care?
Then treat it to a warm bath:

• 1 liter of hot water,
• 3 g of Cafiza powder
• Soak for approx. 30 minutes – done.

Then rinse well – and everything will shine like new.
