Eine sehr schöne Kaffeemaschine
Eine sehr schöne Kaffeemaschine, sie lässt sich auch sehr gut reinigen. Anfangs hatte ich den Eindruck, dass besonderem Kaffee durch das recht heiße Wasser die feine Aromastruktur genommen wird (schmeckte wie zu stark gerösteter Kaffee), das hat sich aber gelegt.

Positive und negative Erfahrungen. Im Ganzen aber gut.
POSITIV:
Brüht schnell und der Geschmack ist sehr gut. Ist sehr leise. Schnell.
VERGLEICH:
Wir hatten vorher jahrelang eine Phillips Gourmet Kaffeemaschine (auch ein Direktbrühsystem) und waren damit sehr zufrieden. Geschmacklich stellen wir keinen Unterschied zum Mokkamaster fest. Leider hat Phillips die Verarbeitungs- und Handhabungsqualität extrem nach unten geschraubt, so dass wir uns nach einer anderen Kaffeemaschine umsehen mussten.
NEGATIV:
man benötigt unglaublich viele Handgriffe, im Vergleich zur Phillips, um den Kaffee zu brühen. Auch ist alles etwas wackelig und man muss schon genau zielen, um den Kaffeefilter richtig zu positionieren, ohne den Wasserzulauf zu lösen. Aber wenn das zum Kaffee-Brüh-Erlebnis dazu gehören soll, dann ist das so. Schön ist aber anders. Hier ist absoluter Verbesserungsbedarf.
