The Cold Drip Method
The guys at Dripster have come up with a particularly ingenious coffee maker in the form of the successor to the Dripster Coffee Maker. In the cold drip process, cold water drips slowly and steadily onto the coffee, runs through a filter, and finally collects as aromatic coffee extract in the glass carafe. The drip speed can be continuously adjusted and customized.
In addition to precise control of the brewing process, the Dripster impresses with its well-thought-out design details. It has a permanent filter made of ultra-fine stainless steel mesh, which is integrated into the filter insert and is easy to clean.
The cold drip method is becoming increasingly popular. Those who can wait a few hours for their coffee will be rewarded with a cold drip coffee that is aromatic, exceptionally clear, and almost free of bitter substances.
How is cold brew prepared?

Die Beschreibung beim Coffee Dripster könnte etwas ausführlicher sein: beim ersten Versuch für einen "Full Imersion" "verschlammpte" der untere Filter da kein Hinweis vorhanden war, dass herausgenommen werden sollte (dieses Verfahren ist auch online nicht näher dargestellt). Aber das Gerät liefert hervorragenden "Cold Brew" und ist ansonsten einfach zu handhaben.

Der Dripper kam heil und sicher verpackt bei mir an, und wirklich nur mit so viel Plastik wie eben sein muss. Die Kommunikation läuft super: transparent was den Versand angeht und auf dem Produkt selbst nur so viel Anleitung wie nötig sowohl schriftlich als auch grafisch klar aufbereitet, so dass man gleich loslegen kann ohne sich durch 5 Broschüren in 2000 Sprachen Blättern zu müssen. Der Versand war auch super schnell - ich gehe davon aus, dass ich auf den fertigen Kaffee länger warten muss als auf den Dripper.
