A precise water temperature is crucial for consistent extraction during pour-over brewing. With the Fish Pro X, all uncertainty disappears: Thanks to “Temp X” technology, it maintains the target temperature with exceptional consistency and an accuracy of ±0.5 °C. This prevents temperature fluctuations and thus also the release of unwanted bitter compounds.
The heating phase is extremely short – the kettle is 30% faster than comparable top-of-the-line models. The altitude adjustment feature is particularly smart: At high altitudes, water boils at temperatures below 100 °C. The Fish Pro X automatically calculates the correct boiling point and shuts off as soon as it is reached.
