Can I test the coffee subscription?

With pleasure! This way you can see if it suits you. Set up your coffee subscription and after the first delivery you can adjust, pause or cancel your coffee subscription directly in your account.

How does the coffee subscription work?

In just a few steps, you can have the best coffee in the world delivered directly to you on a regular basis.

1. Go to the product page of your favourite coffee and select the „Order by subscription“ tab.
2. Continue with the delivery interval. You have the following options here: Every 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks (1 month), 5 weeks, 6 weeks, 7 weeks, 8 weeks (2 months), 10 weeks, 12 weeks (3 months) or 16 weeks (4 months).
3. Add the coffee to your shopping basket and select other coffees if required. Then you can finalise your purchase and pay via our website.
4. As soon as the payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
5. And off you go: As usual, you will receive an e-mail notification about the dispatch with a tracking link.

The next delivery will be made automatically at the time of your choice. So you can continue to enjoy the best coffees in the world without interruption.

Is there a minimum subscription period?

No, with us there is no minimum subscription period or contract term.

You can adjust, pause or cancel your subscription at any time in your customer account. You can even bring forward or skip deliveries as you wish.

We want you to enjoy your coffee and therefore offer you full control over your coffee subscription at all times.

How does the 10 % discount work?

From the second delivery of your coffee subscription, you will receive a permanent 10 % discount. The discount is automatically applied from the second delivery – you don’t have to do anything else.

The donation of € 1 per kg of coffee is not discounted. In this way, you benefit and work with us to bring about sustainable change in the coffee-growing regions through access to clean drinking water, education and the necessary knowledge for sustainable coffee cultivation.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

If your order total is less than € 39, you will be charged € 4.90 shipping costs per delivery.

Which products are sent by subscription?

We ship coffee, paper filters and cleaning products.

Can I exchange coffees in my subscription myself?

Yes, that’s no problem. You can customise which coffees you would like to receive in your subscription at any time.

When do deliveries start?

The first delivery is made immediately after the subscription is created. After that, a new order is automatically generated at the interval of your choice, for example every 4 weeks.

What interval should I set for the delivery?

You can set your subscription to the available delivery intervals of every 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12 or 16 weeks. You can adjust, pause or cancel your subscription at any time. To start, we recommend every 4 weeks.

Can I add a product to my next delivery that I only want to receive once?

Yes, you can add coffee, paper filters or cleaning products to your upcoming delivery as a one-off product. This is great if you want to try an Explorer Edition, for example.

Remind me of upcoming deliveries?

Of course! Three days before your next subscription delivery is due, you will receive an e-mail reminder from us.

I need coffee urgently, can I speed up the next delivery?

Yes, that’s possible. You can trigger your upcoming delivery immediately and your coffee will be with you in 1 – 3 working days.

How can I pay for the coffee subscription?

You can pay for your coffee subscription by PayPal, credit card or with Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Can I have several active subscriptions with different intervals?

Yes, that’s possible. For example, you can have 1 kg of coffee delivered every 6 weeks and 250 g every 4 weeks to try something new. That’s two separate subscriptions.
Please note: You will be charged € 4.90 shipping costs per subscription if your order total is less than € 39.

How long can I pause my subscription?

You have the option of pausing your subscription for 4 weeks, 8 weeks or 6 months. It will then be reactivated automatically.

Can I cancel my subscription myself?

Yes, quite simply in your customer account. The cancellation is effective immediately.

What happens if a coffee I have subscribed to is no longer available?

The coffee will be removed from your subscription and we will notify you.
Please note: If you are under the € 39 limit for free shipping without the coffee, you will now be charged € 4.90 for your next delivery.

Which countries can I have the subscription delivered to?

You can have your coffee delivered to any country within the EU.

What sets Coffee Circle apart from other roasting companies?

Coffee Circle has been combining a love of coffee with a love of the people who grow it since 2010. We invest € 1 per kg of coffee in the sustainable improvement of coffee farmers‘ living conditions.

So far, we have been able to raise over 4.5 million euros in donations, which we have invested in education, access to water and hygiene training as well as in measures for sustainable coffee cultivation and quality improvement. We always maintain direct trade relations with our partners and pay above-average prices (far higher than fair trade) for their green coffee.
