With this Arabica-Robusta team, every crema comes out just right
It's all in the blend: 75% Arabica creates an intense, low-acid espresso that, thanks to the 25% Robusta content, reliably delivers a golden crema every day. The beans for this harmonious blend come from three countries: Brazil, Ethiopia, and India. While the high-quality Arabica beans from Brazil and Ethiopia provide a chocolatey note and a fine, balanced sweetness, the first-class Robusta from India brings strength and crema.
Quality that starts with the harvest
The Brazilian coffee comes from the Monte Alegre farm in Minas Gerais. At altitudes of up to 1,000 metres, the coffee cherries ripen slowly under ideal conditions. From sustainable farming methods to gentle drying – dedicated farmers here lay the foundations for speciality coffees of exceptional quality.
In Ethiopia, we invest in training in collaboration with Welthungerhilfe and local cooperatives (e.g., in the Limu region) so that farmers can improve the quality of their harvests. This not only increases their income in the long term, but also improves their living conditions.

Monte Alegre Farm
The historic Monte Alegre Farm is situated in the south of the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais, which is renowned for its coffee cultivation. For over 100 years, the farmers have been combining their expertise with sustainable farming practices at an altitude of over 1,000 metres. They grow selected varieties and place great emphasis on careful harvesting and a controlled drying process in harmony with nature – resulting in distinctive speciality coffees of consistently excellent quality.
