A Light Summer Breeze
Imagine biting into a raspberry covered in milk chocolate while a gentle summer breeze caresses your skin – that's Enjori. Sunshine, nature and the art of natural processing combine to create a coffee that tastes of ripe berries and carries a hint of adventure. Its fruity, floral nuances make it an excitingly lively yet pleasantly mild moment of relaxation. Enjori brings a piece of Ethiopian mountain air to your cup.
Close Partnerships for Exceptional Ethiopian Green Coffee
Enjori combines selected green coffees from West Arsi and Sidamo – two regions that enjoy worldwide recognition for their exceptional coffees. The honey-sweet, fruity notes are the result of nutrient-rich soils, varied microclimates and decades of experience of local coffee farmers.
The farming families work closely with local washing stations – partnerships that ensure traceability and quality right from the start. At the same time, opportunities are created for the local communities through infrastructure, knowledge transfer and community projects. Every bean reflects the pride, experience and care of the people who grow it.
An Ethiopian Arabica from Lofty Heights
Enjori grows where the air is thinner and the flavour more intense. At Ethiopia's high altitudes, the beans develop their characteristic balance of lively acidity and full body.
In natural processing, the cherries are dried in the sun for days. They are regularly turned, sorted and inspected. This type of processing allows the beans to retain their clear and intense fruity character. The mild climate, high altitudes and nutrient-rich volcanic soils offer ideal conditions for specialty coffee and produce a special coffee that impresses with its balance of fruity-floral aromas, fine acidity and full body.
Tips for Preparation
Enjori unfolds particularly well in pour-over preparations, for example with the Hario V60 or Kalita Wave. It is also delicious in a French press or as a cold brew – fruity, sweet and mild. This natural coffee is impressive on its own with its light freshness, while with milk (or milk alternatives) it is reminiscent of a delicious dessert, particularly suitable for fans of sweet flavours.
A coffee like a summer breeze: clear, light, fruity – and ready to bring sunshine into your everyday life.
Enjori Cooperative
In the highlands of West Arsi and Sidamo, fertile soils and varying microclimates produce exceptional natural coffees. Close partnerships between farming families and washing stations enable complete traceability and outstanding quality – for exceptional flavour and an improved quality of life for local communities.
