From lump chaos to crema happiness

With the Barista Precision Set, you can optimize every step before brewing – the WDT separates lumps, the dosing ring prevents powder chaos, and the leveler ensures an even coffee bed, completely free of channeling. This makes preparation not only easier in every step, but also better and more reproducible.

More consistency, more aroma, more enjoyment!

The key to a consistent espresso? Optimal distribution of the coffee grounds! The Weiss Distribution Tool (WDT) from Coffee Circle ensures that no lumps form and that the water flows evenly through the portafilter – for precise extraction and better taste.

  • Prevents channeling – for consistent brewing
  • Breaks up coffee lumps – for perfect distribution
  • Always handy – simply attach it to the machine thanks to a magnet

Why is the WDT tool actually called a WDT tool?

The WDT tool for coffee is named after the Weiss Distribution Technique (WDT). This technique was developed by John Weiss and is used to evenly distribute the coffee grounds in a portafilter before tamping.

The WDT tool consists of fine needles that break up clumps in the coffee grounds and achieve a uniform density. This improves extraction and makes the espresso more consistent.

An inconspicuous helper that ensures even extraction, better taste and more enjoyment from espresso.
