Its predecessor models had already set new standards. Anyone who didn't want to compromise on their hand grinder couldn't ignore the Comandante MK2. The successor model took a lot of time to completely redesign the grinder. And so it came as no surprise: the Comandante C40 MK3 Nitro Blade immediately impressed the discerning coffee scene and represents a significant improvement on the previous model! The development process was guided by an uncompromising focus on quality and grinding results. Accordingly, the design continues to emphasize clarity and perfection of form. The grinder – the heart of the Comandante
The MK4 grinder is made entirely of stainless steel, which is manufactured using a patented process. The result: an extremely durable material in knife steel quality. The edges of the grinding discs are sharpened again after hardening and literally “cut” the coffee beans. The grinder achieves an extremely precise and homogeneous grinding result with virtually no “fines” (coffee dust) across all grind sizes. The grind size can be easily adjusted using a small wheel on the underside. Power transmission during grinding is optimized thanks to the double ball bearing. Grinding coffee by hand has never felt better or easier.

Tolle Qualität - top Material - top Verarbeitung - funktioniert tadellos und macht Spaß. Der Kaffee schmeckt besser als mit maschinell gemahlenen Bohnen. Die Mühle ist Geld definitiv wert!!

Eine so tolle Kaffeemühle. Leicht zum Mahlen, schönes Design. Benutze sie täglich zum Mahlen meines Kaffees für 2-3 Tassen ( Slow Coffee Style). Diese Mühle ist ist zwar sehr teuer, aber die Anschaffung lohnt sich!

Kaffee mahlen geht schnell mit angenehmen Geräusch. Maschine ist handlich. Beim mahlen lädt sich der Kaffee elektrostatisch auf. Kaffee klebt an Mahlwerk und Behälter. Abhilfe schafft; die Bohnen leicht anfeuchten. Es reichen dazu zwei Tropfen Wasser. Es entsteht kaum "Feinstaub." Schwierig ist es den richtigen Mahlgrad zu finden. Die Mahlgradeinstellung hat keine Skala. Man muss sich die einzelnen Klicks aufschreiben. Kaffee schmeckt.

Die Comandante erfüllt in jeder…
Die Comandante erfüllt in jeder Hinsicht meine Erwartungen. Die Red Clix Achse fehlt mir noch nicht. Das Mahlgut sieht sehr gleichmäßig aus. Das einzig störende ist, dass das Mahlgut je nachdem welchen Kaffee man nimmt, an den Wänden des Glasbehälters hängen bleibt. Möglicherweise muss man den Kaffee doch einsprühen...

Beste Kaffeemühle. Habe schon mehrere ausprobiert und bin nur mit dieser 100% zufrieden. Optisch toll und das Mahlen geht super einfach.
