The Daterra farm is located in the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais, Brazil, and regularly sets new standards in sustainability. Divided into 216 mini-farms, innovative methods are used here to conduct research, plant and harvest in cooperation with universities. Since 2018, we have had a close partnership with the farm, which is currently also supporting us in fermentation experiments. Daterra was Brazil’s first Rainforest Alliance farm – diversity, progress and responsibility are its foundations.
