Jimma, the largest city in western Ethiopia, is located in the fertile Limu region – home to the Buture cooperative, from which we source the beans for this special espresso. A few years ago, project funds enabled us to finance the construction of a washing station in Buture. This made it possible for the cooperative to process and export its coffee itself.

The result? An espresso that makes the dedication and progress tangible in every cup – full of character and unique taste.
