Koke is the name of a washing station in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, from which we source the beans for our Yirgacheffe filter coffee. Through a longer and darker roasting process, we elicit the perfect aromas for espresso preparation from the Yirgacheffe green coffee. Enjoy!
