Door No. 16: Minas Brazil, natural

Minas comes from the APAS cooperative in Minas Gerais in south-east Brazil. The cooperative has a smallholder structure and the farmers not only attach great importance to the highest quality coffee, but also to fair production conditions. The coffee cherries are dried in the sun after harvesting so that the coffee develops a lot of sweetness.
