Who says that good espresso only works at home or in a café? The Wacaco Picopresso brings the authentic feel of a portafilter to your backpack – without electricity, but with plenty of pressure (up to 18 bar!). Compact, robust, and with space for 18 g of ground coffee, you can enjoy a full-bodied doppio in your cup on the go that looks and tastes great.

Of course, it needs to be operated: boil water, tamp, pump—just like the large machine at home. But those who appreciate this will be rewarded with an espresso that can hold its own. Of course, there are a few compromises – especially when it comes to temperature: since the Picopresso doesn't heat the water itself, you have to rely on external water that's as hot as possible. If it's too cool or cools down quickly when poured, the extraction suffers. Still, considering what it does, the Picopresso is a little outdoor wonder.
